Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Cancellation Fees:

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, but in the event that an item is unavailable to ship within 2-3 business days, we will contact you to confirm whether you want us to hold this order as a pre-order for the next available inventory, change or cancel your order.

The Order Coordination fee is charged due to costs incurred to ensure you are first in line to receive the product when inventory becomes available above all other orders. We consider all customers placing pre-orders to be placed into a priority status with our team.

If you choose to place a pre-order, please be aware that there may be costs incurred. As a result, we will charge a non-refundable Order Coordination fee of 20% of your purchase price. If you choose to cancel a pre-order, you will receive 80% of your purchase total back.

 

Pre-Order Shipping Charges:

We do our best to estimate shipping when orders are placed and are quickly able to ensure that the shipping charges are accurate for orders. However, when an order can not be shipped immediately, changes may occur.

Due to the fast-changing shipping costs globally, should the cost of your shipping increase substantially we may ask that you assist with covering additional shipping costs.
